WHAT IS DRYLAND PERSONAL TRAINING?

Dryland Personal Training is an outdoor workout (45 minutes / 2 persons) to strengthen the body, boost your stamina and improve body mobility at the same time. A great way to stay active and motivated during the lockdown. You don’t need any experience to participate, our coaches will provide a personal workout that fits your current fitness level.

DRYLAND CREDITS

Monthly / year membership
You receive 1 free Dryland Personal Training credit every week (value €40) to schedule your workouts. Exclusively if you have an active / not paused membership. 

Punchcard
You can also attend the personal training with a punchcard:

  • Exchange credits: for each Dryland Personal Training Credit you exchange 2 punchcard credits.
  • Buy credits: we offer Dryland Personal Training credits for a special price of €30 per credit.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Schedule with your dryland credit.
  • Maximum 2 people (on safe distance) per time slot, coach excluded.
  • Arrive 5 minutes prior to your sessions and wait outside.
  • Wear your workout clothes upon arrival, changing rooms closed.
  • Location: outside of SwimGym, next to restaurant BAUT (rain proof).

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SESSION?

Go to the SwimGym App and book your personal training. It’s that simple! We offer sessions from Monday through Saturday. Make sure to clear all search filters in the schedule.

You can cancel your Dryland Personal Training free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the start of your booked session.
